Prompt response to maintenance requests, current leasing team is exceptional, well maintained and they even made sure to take care of their residents by salting our porches and sidewalks ahead of upcoming snowstorms.
- LSLuke ShafferDec 2, 20251.0I lived at Bayberry from July 2024 - August 2025 and sadly I can't recommend this complex to anyone. - Upon move-in, my bedroom window was broken and the wood beneath was sagging from water damage. A fridge vegetable "crisper" drawer was completely missing. I marked this on my move-in inspection sheet, but they shredded the inspection sheet without uploading it to their "file" system online and then had the gall to charge my roommate and I for the missing crisper drawer on our security deposit, even though we had marked it on the sheet and they were at fault. - Bayberry doesn't take care of landscaping. The grass would go unmowed for WEEKS and get too high to comfortably walk on. - Bayberry doesn't plow their roads and many cars would be snowed in. - You cannot see the parking lines, especially at night. This is just basic maintenance. - There is STILL a massive pothole at the main entrance on 725 that they refuse to fix and has been there for at least 1.5 years. They once told me they were trying to make the city or county pay for it. - You may notice many recent 5-star reviews. That is because they award their property managers $100 gift cards for every 5-star review they get. Instead of taking care of the complex better and prioritizing their renters, their solution to the justified bad reviews is to artificially raise their Google rating by encouraging you to leave good reviews for basic things like helping you on the phone. I don't like writing negative reviews, but Bayberry is as lazy and cheap as it gets. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Happy to have found a better establishment with substantially better management and housing conditions.
