Working with Cristina was great. I only met with her twice and she made me feel like we had a personal connection. She is great at keeping in touch and keeping me informed. We contacted our Warranty manager with Ryan Homes, Chris Trammel, to arrange for work to be done. Chris was extremely courteous and responsive to our service requests, and came personally to the property to introduce himself, and provide his personal phone number. Chris was knowledgeable about all aspects of our property, and effective getting the correct techs in to make the house 100% right. Overall, we trust Chris to take care of us, which was, and remains, much appreciated.
