- MGMelissa GregoryOct 9, 20255.0We loved the sales agent, Rachel Weigel, in Batavia’s subdivision. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She took us out to the possible homesites, allowing us time to think about what was best for our needs and giving us things to consider. She spent a lot of time showing us the many options we had for our interior and exterior features.

- AAAnthonySep 26, 20221.0Update: so, no surprise, Ryan Homes has done literally nothing to assist in being able to have panels installed or helping the HOA realize what they’re doing violates the senate law. I would have had panels at the end of last year but, instead, I’m here paying 30% more to duke because Ryan Homes and the HOA don’t allow members the freedom to choose. The HOA is absolutely absurd. They’re currently violating Senate Bill 61 by restricting member’s freedom to install solar panels. If you’d like the option to install solar panels, this isn’t the neighborhood for you. Just an update that they’ve literally done nothing to “help resolve the situation”. The HOA is absolutely ridiculous. Another update. They’ve literally done nothing. The HOA just creates policy as they see fit without any input from the community. The tax abatement situation is also an absolute disaster.
