I've explored developments by Fischer Homes, D R Hortons, and Ryan Homes, visiting each site to examine floor plans and ongoing construction, as well as exploring nearby communities.When I approached the Ryan Fairview Grove site, I immediately felt it was the right fit for me. After a quick drive around the community, I headed to the sales office to inquire about lot availability. Despite a busy Saturday before Easter, I managed to secure the last cul-de-sac lot for Phase 1 without an appointment, thanks to Teresa's assistance and a referral from another Ryan site.I signed the contract and made the deposit on the same day, putting a sold sticker on Lot #35 myself. It was a whirlwind experience, but I'm thrilled with my decision.

Well, our experience so far with Ryan Homes has been very helpful, and of course, very educational. They actually work a lot like a football team with their different sections, with each section working with you AND each other to make this homebuying experience as smooth as possible. It's kinda like the TV show CHEERS, where everybody knows your name. Shout out to Teresa, Amy, and Chris so far in this endeavor. They've assisted us tremendously, and we feel that they'll always be there throughout. So when you're ready or think you're ready, head on out to Ryan Homes, to meet everyone.
