I’ve had a tech address the issue within the last 2 days and my service failed again last night. Never had this issue until the change over. I’ve been a resident almost 2 years and still can’t get the gap at the top of my front door fixed or have the door realigned. My heat and AC escapes right out the door gap. Had maintenance address a clogged toilet 2 days ago. It clogged again the other day.
