  Great experience with Port Side by Pulte, from negotiating, closing and post closing customer care. Ashlea Savona from Sales was great and very helpful assisting us as first time homeowners. Jeff Seitzinger, the construction manager, goes above and beyond to provide high quality service with extreme attention to detail and timely communication.

  We had such a great experience building our home in the Port Side community! Everyone I worked with to make this process work (Erin in sales, contractors Jeff and Robb, Pulte Mortgage, and the title company) were amazing and so helpful. All were wonderful at communicating, and answering any questions I had along the way. By far one of the best experiences I've had buying a home.
