  It’s just perfect. My townhouse is spacious and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The staff were very welcoming and are always around and very efficient in every sense of the word. I know I feel safe and my kids are also safe: thank you for ensuring I was welcomed and it truly has given me some peace. The leasing agents and their team ensure the community is well kept and the customer service that comes from the leasing office has always been a pleasant one with me❤️, Thank you 🙏 Candy Carbucc

  My parents live here and there heat was out, i met with the maintenance and they fixed it within minutes. I’m so grateful that they have a good system there with nice and understanding people. Makes me feel good that my parents have help when needed.

  We just moved out of The Residence at Barrington after 4 wonderful years and truly have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We started in a 2-bedroom townhome and later moved into a 3-bedroom, and both were great. The community is quiet and welcoming, and it’s very conveniently located within Aurora, truly the perfect location. Like any larger community, occasional things come up, but the staff was always friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating whenever we needed anything. That made all the difference. Also, a special shoutout to Gayle and Julio who always gave extra attention and love to our fur baby! It genuinely felt like home during our time there. We’re so grateful for the years we spent at Barrington and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a townhome or apartment community.

  Dear Barrington Place Management Team, I have been a resident at Barrington Place for couple of years, and during that time I have seen managers and maintenance team members come and go. I wanted to take a moment to share a recent experience that truly stood out. During the latest severe weather, we experienced issues with burst pipes. I called the emergency line around 6 p.m., and within minutes the maintenance supervisor, Marcus, arrived at my apartment to investigate the problem. He did everything he could to help. I cannot praise the maintenance team enough, and I would especially like to recognize Marcus. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. His work was exceptional, and his calm, proactive approach during a stressful situation made a big difference. I truly hope the management team recognizes and appreciates the outstanding job Marcus did. Any time I have submitted a maintenance request over the years, I have received a prompt response. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making sure repairs are completed quickly and thoroughly. It’s also worth mentioning how impressive the emergency maintenance service is — responding immediately, even during late-night situations. It’s rare to find such proactive and professional service. Barrington Place has truly been fortunate to have such caring and capable management and maintenance personnel. You are appreciated beyond words. Thank you for all the hard work you do, and please keep up the great work!
