Our company manages several hundred rental units in and around Ashland Ohio. We have owners from all over the world who hire us to manage their properties within our area, which includes: Ashland, Huron, Lorain, Richland and Wayne Counties. We provide a full range of services to these owners including, but not limited to: screening perspective tenants, leasing properties, collecting rents, processing payables, receivables and reports for our property owners as well as providing maintenance services. We take pride in what we do, knowing our owners rely on us.
