- MBMark B.Jan 27, 20261.0Cheap leaky windows, bottom shelf S.W. paint (according to S.W.) poor framing, bowed and broken studs, freezing bed rooms, garbage drywall work. Cheap wall plates, bottom of the line appliances, cheap upgraded cabinets, uneven shower bath install, these are poorly built using the cheapest materials. I had to replace 3 LED light bulbs in 5 months already. Those should last years. Back deck was built on top a dead tree stump. Worker peeing on the sub floor during construction. Construction scrap shoved under the back deck for me to disgard. Don't bother with a home inspector, they don't fix the recommendations anyway. A brand new house and everyday I wake up stressed out. Ryan Homes are still living up to their reputation of building trash.
