- MAMarsheen AdigunMar 20, 20245.0We had a great experience from the first point of contact with our Sales Rep, Sally, to our PM, Kevin. The building experience, we believe, couldn’t have been better. We received weekly updates from Kevin and we were welcome to come look at the progress of our home any time we wanted. We also hired our own personal inspector towards the end of the build and it really only showed one minor issue which was already on Kevin’s radar and was quickly fixed. Thank you, Ryan Homes, Sally and Kevin for allowing my husband’s first build to be so exciting and seamless. We are so happy to be here and we love our home.

I was told that they only did appointments, and I had called the day before. When I explained they only wanted to see the floor plan I was informed that appointments were "BETTER FOR RYAN", so much for customer service!
