  I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I have ever rented from. Between the customer service, events they hold, timeliness of maintenance requests, great communication and so much more. 10/10 recommend Terraces on the Green. Thanks so much for everything you do. It is most appreciated. ❤️🙏

  I lived here for 4.5 years. I would like to say I had an overall positive experience, but there’s a lot of negative things I’d like others to be aware of when choosing this place to tour or live. First off, the 60 day notice of whether you are going to renew or not renew and if you don’t decide either way, they will automatically renew it is ridiculous and so unfair. We experienced so many problems with earwigs and bugs getting into our apartment because of the unleveled door. There were times that pest control skipped us for the month. We would take our children on walks around the complex and it would smell like weed constantly. Other times, others would leave their dog poop and not clean it up. The residents never follow the speed limit in the complex. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to be even more cautious when walking my children. We had issues with our air conditioning, our dryer vents in which they made us go 3 weeks without a dryer and we had to hang our clothes up until someone could come out and clean our vent ducts. They also didn’t give us any other options for using their show units to use the dryer. Also to note our microwave was from 1997. I have much more I could say. This is definitely a place for those who don’t mind paying extreme amounts of money for rent with nothing to show for it, outdated appliances, cabinets, light fixtures, etc. I will miss the memories my children and I had here since it was their first home, but I will not miss the headache this place caused us.

  We’ve lived here just over a year and this has been one of the best complexes we’ve rented from. Our neighbors are so friendly, the office staff is amazing and friendly (which is so rare honestly based on previous experience with other complexes), maintenance is on top of everything and responds to non-emergency requests within 24 hours. 10/10 recommend.

  Love this property! The office staff are friendly and caring. Maintenance has been professional and thorough in completing work orders! Highly recommend!
