The apartments are always clean and beautiful maintenance is always willing to help when needed. Office ladies are incredibly nice and caring about any situations. They’re animal friendly, which is amazing. I lived here for two years. My neighbors are incredibly nice. There’s no loud noises. I have no bad experience. Definitely recommend.

Avoid This Place – Nightmare from Day One Trust me, if I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Within hours of moving in (before I even brought in furniture), I had to kill a roach in my bathroom and have maintenance unclog mounds of hair from the shower drain from the previous tenant. The worst of that first day was when I asked management if I could switch units specifically due to the unbearable and extremely loud noise emitting just from my neighbor’s steps walking on the unit above me which were not displayed to me during the initial walkthrough before signing the lease. My ceiling light fixtures would rattle loudly which is abnormal and shows there was little to no sound insulation in my unit. I even offered to pay money, no matter how much it cost to switch units. I was told the only way I could be moved was if I had a health condition that made me unable to endure the extremely loud noise from the horribly built ceiling/upstairs neighbor’s floor which was completely unreasonable and dismissive especially if I had not moved in anything yet. I had also explained that I was a medical student and would need my place to be able to study. The only help I received was management telling my upstairs neighbor to quiet the noise down despite me explaining it’s from them just walking around their unit, which is something they can’t avoid or stop doing. The issue was never solved. When I moved out this summer, I had a phone call with management prior specifically stating my move out date. When the time came for me to move out, they proclaimed I was supposed to send them an email when I moved out, even though I spoke directly to Management on the phone and they never said that. I was charged an entire month of rent, even though I already moved out and turned in the keys. Despite me explaining this, they did not give a care and still required me to pay thousands. It truly shows that they do not care about their tenants deep down and only care about money. Here’s a summary of what I dealt with: • Hornets and bees constantly flying into my apartment. Even after maintenance came to “fix” it, the problem never stopped. It was terrifying and unacceptable. I had to keep every drain and air vent covered to keep insects from entering year-round. • A/C didn’t work, making the unit uncomfortable, especially in the heat. • Both toilets leaked black fluid after every flush, and even though maintenance “fixed” it, the issue persisted year-round. • Every time my neighbor turned on their sink, pipes in my walls would make loud noises. It was constant and extremely disruptive especially as a medical student needing somewhere quiet to study. Maintenance was responsive in showing up, but never actually resolved the problems. Management was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed more interested in excuses than solutions. Do yourself a favor: skip this place. Find anywhere else to live, grandparents, parents, friends, townhouse, or any other apartment complex. You deserve to live in a home that is quiet inside, not consumed by insects/rodents, and functional—this was the quite opposite. I literally had a countdown on my phone for how much time I had left to endure this place.
