- LDLevi DurstDec 23, 20255.0THIS IS AKRON’S FINEST APTS. From the leasing agent Alica, down to the maintenance men who helped keep my apartment nice. They do wonderful with landscaping and snow removal as well! 10/10 would recommend!

And then on top of those, due at move in is $460.00 for Pro-rated rent and $ 93.00 for Pro-rated trash/internet/cable, totaling to $553.00. So right off the bat it’s $1,103. Then there’s a fee of $50 for if you left out your trash can on accident. Just fees for ANY AND EVERYTHING. And then when I told the lady in the office that I can’t pay or afford rent, she then tells me it’s OVER $4000 to get out of the contract. I was only there for not even 6 months and it’s was just constantly hemorrhaging money for literally everything. They are decent apartments but you will definitely spend so much money while living there.

First off stay away from the con artist thief they have sitting in the leasing office named Gina. A complete fraud smiling in your face until she has your money then good luck getting any kind of professionalism out of her! Paid my administrative fees and was denied leasing which was great after reading all the reviews about her embezzlement schemes. Now she has ignored my emails about returning my refund of 175.00 dollors. Contacted the Better Business Bureau and she ignored them too! Now it's time for small claims court which will not be the final interaction I will have with this crooked company. The name says it all Ellet Park Gardens on Shadybrook Rd because they definitely don't have any intentions of refunding your deposit. Please stay away and read all of the reviews about Gina and their corporate office AR Community. You have been warned!!
