    I called regarding frozen pipes..... the maintenance guy came out quickly and took catr of things. I was very impressed and very happy.

    Had a tour with Marissa, wonderful people and beautiful places me and my wife saw a 3 bedroom very nice homes with a wonderful playground for the kids right outback. Very quick and simple tour its a very lovely place we especially loved the bathrooms very big and nice accommodating kitchen with a washer and dryer hookups in house a truly nice and simple place to settle into.

    Neighborhood is decent, but overrun with unruly children (throwing rocks by cars, pulling branches off trees, fighting, etc.). Living by the park in the middle was not fun, you hear it all! Staff is very kind, but maintence requests take an average of two or more weeks to complete. Utility closets are kept under lock and key, so they control when you can use your heat and air conditioning. The "gym" is a garage with two treadmills and two elipticals. The pool was constantly taken over by unsupervised children. I went one time in the summer and left within 15 minutes becuase it was so unpleasant. Again, the staff is extremely kind, but knowing what I know now, I would explore other options first. I would not recommend Cascade Falls for young professionals, it seems more fit for families.
