  I am so happy to see Kamilah back in the office. Kamilah originally helped me with my lease and she has been so helpful since the transition of companies. Please ask for her if you need any assistance. She’s lovely.

  WISH I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR! Went with my partner as we are looking for a new place. It was a self guided tour so we were given keys and two apartments to look at. First apartment the keys didn’t work we went to the 2nd apartment and the keys didn’t work so as we are calling the leasing office to let them know the resident opens the door IT WAS SOMEONE APARTMENT!!! They opened the door confused. We apologized and went down got our IDs and left thats such a safety issue. The lady did not apologize at all. Would have not even stood if they had anything available also front desk was rude to a pregnant lady who was trying to explain that someone was parked in her spot. Ratchet! Look else where!!!

  Mike is so kind and has the best vibes, on top of being great at his job! He fixed my heater and then came back multiple times to make sure it was working. Above and beyond! In general anytime I have an issue, everyone who works at Avalon is super quick to fix it and always professional.
