  We have lived here for at least 7 seven yrs. And we love it here the person's who work in the office are helpful and work with you in any situation that may arise they are cool people

  Megan and Travis helped my husband and me during our apartment search from out-of-state. They consistently messaged us every step of the way and were so responsive that they even offered a same-day tour when I asked my husband to come see the place since he hadn’t. They even went out of their way to email me videos of a 3BR apartment that we were interested in. Unfortunately, a 3BR apartment wasn’t available within our move-in time frame and they don’t have in-unit laundry that I needed as a parent of a toddler. However, despite that, Lake Shore Park ended up being my husband’s top choice due to the how persistently Megan and Travis reached out to us. The school district and vicinity to the Al-Hidaya mosque are huge bonuses as well for Muslim families considering living nearby. While I see that some reviews are disappointing, it does seem that Travis and Megan (and Eagle Rock) are working hard to lift the image of Lake Shore Park. Travis told my husband that he rents at Lake Shore Park and loved it so much that he decided to work there. That enough is a sign of customer satisfaction. Lastly, I understand that if some residents have been living in their apartments for 15+ years, it would be hard for Eagle Rock to fix things in those units if they’re still occupied. Hoping that those who live at Lake Shore Park inform the leasing agents so they can help them when maintenance or pest control issues come up.

  This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful, kind and responsive! The renovated apartments are modern and sleek, and they're even adding new amenities for the residents to use. We are very excited to use the grills when they are built, and we love that there's a fenced in dog park!

  Construction at 7AM this morning outside our building without any warning. Brown water coming out of our faucets in the morning with no warning. Many other problems here….what’s not to love about this place, plenty!
