I wish I could say wonderful things about this place. Make sure you force them to show you your actual unit before you sign a lease. They promise that the “show unit” is identical. This is not the case. My actual unit ended up much less recently renovated, (nasty bathroom mirror, carpet is old and not well installed, dishwasher is yellow inside from age). But the biggest issue for me was that the bath tub had been reglazed recently and the unit was not properly ventilated. I became dizzy and sick after 30 minutes in the unit. They simply said I had to wait it out. I found this an unacceptable health risk and have not been staying there while I wait for the expensive air filter I had to buy to do its job. They will only allow me to switch units if I pay a $1,000 fee, which I am not willing to do. I wish they had shown once ounce of concern for the toxic smell in the unit and my health. It cost them nothing to let me have a different unit. Disappointed in my experience here.
I moved out in the fall last year and collected my security deposit successfully in October. However, 2 months later around December, I got a debt collection mail stating that I owe money to vista point, which was a COMPLETE MISTAKE from the management team who continued charging me water/sewer fee after my move-out. What’s more furious was - without any official communication from vista point, the wrong charge went to debt collection directly!
Save yourself some peaceful mind by avoiding this place!!
Update- I’m being charged for the March month again today!! After moving out for half year.

While this place was decent to live at, moving out was horrible. Our lease had ended in August and we were supposed to close on our house that kept getting pushed back due to the sellers. Lori Oliveri was kind enough to tell us not to pay the rent-to-rent rate and to continue paying what we were previously paying and that after moving out, if the inspection went well, we would be getting our security deposit back. Well that was a lie. Until the end of September when we moved out, she had told us multiple times to not pay the rent-to-rent. After not receiving our security deposit check, my husband had went to the office multiple times to ask where our check was and her response was always ‘it’s in the ‘mail’ or ‘come back here to pick it up’. Instead of receiving our security deposit, we got a letter in the mail for collections. We’ve never had any issues nor caused any problem. We paid our rent in full every month and kept to ourselves. They also amended our lease saying we had to pay 5$ per month for parking, which we didn’t sign for but was charged anyway. I’ve emailed the property manager who refuses to work with us and instead of doing the right thing, they just want money. If you move in here, never trust a word they say, and Lori is a horrible person. If we had known that they wouldn’t have worked with us, then we would have made other arrangements to move out while waiting for closing. Instead we were stupid enough to believe her and practically be told ‘sucks for you’, here’s a collections letter.
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the amazing staff members at my apartment complex. She’s always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I stop by the office. She’s the one who always helps me out with getting the key to the billiards room, and she never hesitates to assist with anything I need. Her positive attitude and kindness really make living here a great experience. It’s always nice to see someone who truly enjoys helping residents and making sure everyone feels at home. Thank you for everything you do! Ask for Lori
An all-around awful place to live. It started with the then-office assistant going into the leasing system to pull my phone number and he started texting me because he thought I was attractive, telling me that he would use his master key to come into my apartment at night. Then it only got worse. Awful office staff, poor maintenance, consistent issues. They also broke into our apartment while we were still living in it and started making unrequested repairs, and stole our water dispenser. Then had the audacity to keep our security deposit. Truly awful place to live with scummy office management. Would not recommend.
