  it’s great! management is understanding and the workers around that help with keeping the apartments tidy are very nice. i would recommend these apartments to anyone who’s looking for something affordable and comfortable!

  5 Stars ⭐ to the entire staff, Adam and his team works very hard to fulfill the Mission and Integrity of Rugby Square Apts, Craig and the Maintenance team is exceptional and work's very hard at the daily duties of keeping up with the Care and endless duties that goes with Property maintenance and management and while also preparing for the unforseen things that also can happen. It takes a Good Team to manage the number of units that they have here and they are doing a wonderful Job.💯 Again 5 ⭐ to the team.

  The old property manager never answered phonecalls, and the new one writes unprofessional mass emails several times a week telling us collectively to stop complaining about things like mold in our apartments. We did not have hot water in our unit for the first month or two of living here. There is now a giant unpainted ugly patch in our wall where they “fixed” it. The heating system is so old that the heat does not reach the third floor, and we have to supplement the heat with our own space heater, which sucks up electricity that we pay for. The colder it gets, the worse the heat works. The thermometers in our reptile tanks have read as low as 35-40 at times (WITH heat lamps), which is just inhumane for animals or people. It was a fine unit for broke college students for a time, but overall not worth the stress and discomfort it’s caused. I’m not coming back. (Fake name to avoid retaliation)
