They come into your apartment with very little notice, the walls are extremely thin, there have been multiple fake noise complaints made against me with fake claims. Some of the complaints have come when I wasn’t even home! They have harassed me non-stop since I moved here & they have given me issues with my emotional support animal. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I would not recommend this property at the current lease rates. I expected that paying a premium would mean moving into a clean, well-maintained unit, but that was not the case. The kitchen and bathroom came with broken, heavily worn, and dirty fixtures. The unit is in need of new appliances, professional cleaning, and updates to features like the bathroom vanity.
Sound insulation is also poor. I've dealt with repeated issues involving loud neighbors. On top of that, the property gate caused damage to my vehicle, and the management team offered no assistance or accountability.
Perhaps most concerning, the landlord has entered our unit twice already, with a third entry apparently planned. During one of these visits, a man in boots walked across all of our carpet and seemed to wander unnecessarily into personal spaces, which was very uncomfortable and felt intrusive.

I love living at The Sheldon . Me and my mom have been living here for seven years since the building opened . Carla and Bekam are wonderful people and they are very friendly . I love the gym and the clubroom. .

Absolutely loved my experience when visiting for an apartment showing with Carla! Apartment hunting is always a dreaded task for us but she was so attentive and eager to find something that works for us. The property is beautifully maintained, no wonder there is a wait list to secure an apartment. Truly a hidden gem that shows it cares for the residences through action. Secure parking, EV charging, gym, club room and monthly events - if youre on the hunt as well I couldn't recommend coming down for a tour!

The landlord forced us to let inspectors inside the unit, then the inspector proceeded to open our fridge, flush our toilets, run our showers, and go into our closets… a complete violation of privacy. On top of this, when we moved in, their property management did not do anything to turn the unit from the previous tenant. The floors were filthy, walls had stains, fridge has broken parts, dishwasher barely works, the bathroom vanity mirrors are damaged and mildewed up, and there is black mold on the air vent. This place is horribly managed and over priced.
