  Can you please turn off the fire alarm? It feels like at least once a month your alarms are going off. It’s been almost 30 mins now and even the fire trucks have left. I feel bad for the residents. I took this too late, just the police left, but the alarm is still going on!

  Management has been extremely lacking recently. They changed the portal that manages all the tenants without any notice leaving no way to submit service request or pay rent. Additionally, with the big storm this week no one showed up for work today, including the staff members who live on site and no one is managing the snow removal. No snow was removed all day and there was no way to park my car this evening.

  I have lived here for 3 years and the first two weren't perfect but I loved living here. I loved how I was always informed even when the Wi-Fi is out. Today, we had the biggest snow storm. I was not told, new management only sends notice via elevator. Which is great but I live on ground floor - I never use the elevator. On Sunday my window broke and I quickly placed plastic with tape. The next day I spoke to some residents that informed me of the flier. I called the number since no management was available. The whole day did not one staff member informed us of their absence. I called the number 10 times since I cosleep with my baby. No answer. No call back. No email. I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this new management team. I can't get a hold of anyone; it would've been nice to get an email. Can't even request a maintenance request due to the app not functioning. As someone who has lived here, don't bother coming here unless being prepared to deal with this type of unprofessionalism.
