  Every single one of these good reviews went up before the smart meter change, which resulted in HUNDREDS of dollars extra from electricity. My electric bill is almost $500. In March. This apartment doesn’t care and won’t do anything. My last apartment was $120. So consider whatever rent they charge add another $200-$400 minimum. I’ve heard some people are up to $750. FOR JUST ENERGY. The apartments approved the smart meter change, they want to shrug off responsibility but they knew this would be the result.

  Clean building, quiet apartments and extremely convenient location. Lived there for a little over a year, I would highly recommend.

  Maintenance staff and management are very professional. Lived there for four years. But, be aware that the vagrant and homeless population is always loitering nearby and can be aggressive. City officials, and many residents, disguise their true feelings about this problem and claim that those who are affected by this problem are not compassionate or tolerant of those less fortunate. Even the Salvation Army, next door, keeps its doors locked a good part of the day. What does that tell you? Wonderful apartment, great staff, but NOT worth the aggravation.

  Moved in over the summer and it has been the best location/place to live in Saratoga! Maintenance staff and Evelyn in management are super friendly and thoughtful to the residents, always timely in responses to requests as well! Hands down #1 spot to live in Saratoga! Beautiful apartments and the perfect distance from Broadway, SPAC, the racetrack, and everything that Saratoga has to offer!
