  The front office staff does not live on the property, yet repeatedly makes day-to-day living more difficult for the residents who do. Rather than serving as a resource, the office functions as an obstacle: requests are dismissed, issues go unresolved, and the tone is consistently condescending. If the compensation for these positions is too low to attract staff capable of providing basic professionalism and follow-through, that is a management failure, not a justification for residents’ needs to go unmet. Rent-paying residents should not absorb the consequences of poor staffing or low-wage indifference.

  Overpriced and inadequate sound-proofing. Chronic harassment by neighbor below me, and management did nothing to resolve the issue.

  The maintenance staff and leasing office is incredibly helpful. They are fun and friendly. The apartments are conveniently located.

  The Springs apartments are beautiful. They are very spacious and bright. With big windows and spacious living areas these apartments create a relaxed feeling from first walking in. The kitchen for the two bedrooms have a dark granite counters that compliment updated dark cabinets. Moving into The Springs has a been a comfortable and easy experience. From the first call, to touring the apartment, and eventually moving in the leasing office made it super easy. Everyone on staff at the leasing office is so nice and helpful especially Christan! The community is very relaxed, and with store fronts including a restaurant, hair salon, and nail studio all within walking distance to the apartments.

  When we were looking for a place to live in the Saratoga area, we knew we wanted to be close enough to down town but not to close. We were also looking for a place that was pet friendly but had all the amenities. From the first phone call to set up an appointment to come look at the place till the day we moved in, everyone was super helpful. Well that was three years ago and that same great friendly customer service is still there today. No matter who we come in contact with Sunday through Saturday. I would highly recommend The Springs to anyone looking for a high end friendly place to live.
