- JVJeff VredenburgJul 28, 20255.0We have really enjoyed living here at “the Grove”! We moved here 15 months ago and plan and hope to renew our lease this fall! We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, garage parking space, garage storage unit, and lovely porch (we pictured the porch)! Closet space is generous in the apartment. We use the 2nd bedroom as our office/den. All appliances are in outstanding condition!!! The staff here is amazing, very helpful, professional, and positive. The community areas are always clean, neat, and used for both private and community events. The swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, and theater in the basement are added amenities!!!!! Snow removal, lawn and yard maintenance is outstanding. We have pictured a lovely tree on the front lawn with beautiful fall colors and the Grotto on the front lawn too. The location allows safely walking or biking downtown or exercising. Location, location, location- the Grove has it all!

I am a senior , independent female who takes advantage of its wonderful location for travel to downtown Saratoga and large mall shopping as well as other counties, cities, states and Canada. The grounds are beautiful, clean and well-mantained. The building,too, is frequently painted and carpets vacuumed. I am delighted to have a hot tub and pool available as well as a well-equipped exercise room. The support staff in the office and repair team have been outstanding. This is a community of citizens ranging in age starting at birth to very senior, singles and couples, and their pets. I love it and am very happy we sold our house and moved to The Grove 4 years ago.
