- GVGaye ValerioDec 1, 20225.0We have lived at the Grove for 18 months and our experiences have been very positive. The Grove is no longer a retirement community. Residents are of mixed ages and interests which is a welcome change for my family and our dogs. Our building manager Kellsey is responsible, professional and caring. She has diligently worked to correct outdoor lighting, maintain cleanliness throughout the buildings and enhance seasonal decor. Her warm, friendly manner is an outstanding asset to the Grove. Our maintenance supervisor Ridge has addressed all our needs in a timely and professional manner. The pool and spa which is available six days per week is carefully monitored and maintained for all residents and their guests. Trash is also regularly collected. Our transition from a residential home to the Grove community has been wonderful due to the efforts of Kellsey and Ridge.

My mom moved in to the Grove in the fall of 2017 so I actually understand the earlier reviews-it was truly a different place. First, now there are no more amenities. In addition, they have been under construction for the last 18 months at great inconvenience to the residents. While the apartments are well appointed, we found, in my mom's case, there was little natural light and absolutely NO cross ventilation. Mom recently moved to a new apartment that is truly in a space for those over 65, with real amenities, organized activities, and an organization with people that are constantly showing through both their actions and words that they care, value their residents, and want them to be both healthy and happy. What a difference and a life changing improvement!
