  They changed their phone system to Al so naturally it's trash now. Tried making a maintenance ticket and only had the option to make one for the wrong address, and when I tried an emergency ticket, I got a response saying "sorry no available agents"

  The parking MUST be monitored. There are constantly cars parked in the lots that are resident parking only without parking permits or even current vehicle registrations. Skidmore college or State Park permits are NOT Burns Mgmt. permits. As residents we pay for off street parking and more often than not there is not a spot for someone with one car that does not work a regular 9 to 5 type of a schedule. Eight parking spots in the lot next to 99 Circular St. Eight apartments in 99 Circular St. One apartment one car! If there is a second vehicle for one apartment it should park behind the first car with a permit. It is only fair and considerate for one person with one car having lived here several years to be able to park at the building in which they live. The Resident Only parking sign should be replaced in the over flow lot at 99 Circular St. on Phila St. before track season begins. It was knocked over 2 years ago by the telephone company or the Dept of Public works and has not been replaced. There have been numerous requests for it to be replaced. On weekends the lots all fill up with people partying downtown They park wherever they like in the Burns Mgmt lots without being ticketed or towed. If a resident has visitors they should use the visitors permits and park behind the residents vehicle. Other parking spaces should not be used by visitors. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect Burns to uphold their end of a rental agreement. I will continue to complain about this. This season the police will be called and violators will be towed.

  Centrally located in downtown Saratoga, no other apartment building can beat this location with these amazing views. The grounds are immaculate and Burns management responds quickly to any problems that may arise. If you are looking for a place in the heart of Saratoga, this is it!

  Love our apartment. Close to everything in Saratoga! Blake has been a tremendous help, responds to all issues professionally and quickly. I never plan on leaving!!
