- MRMorgan RyanFeb 13, 20242.0It's not what it used to be, it's become dirty and unsafe. There's been people loitering in the trash bins at night, and there's no lighting. I guess this complex is nicer compared to the other options in Saratoga unless you're downtown. There are frequent domestic violence calls made to this complex too, cops are here pretty frequently. I've personally had to call the police after being harassed by a neighbor repeatedly. Also, VERY thin walls, you hear everything and most people have zero regard for respecting their neighbors.
