  Spacious ranch style townhome apartments with many Luxury amenities. Towering 100 year old Pines give this community a Saratoga State Park feel. We have already met several friendly neighbors over the weekend and their Property Tech Staff is awesome. Very laid-back and peaceful inside and out of our new home. Outstanding value.

  They moved us into an apartment with huge tears in the carpet (then told us they wouldn’t fix it) moldy toilets, non-working A/C, and mice in the kitchen…and that’s not even the half of it. Over winter we spent $250 trying to heat a 1 bedroom to 68 degrees because the windows were so old (yes, I did plastic them.) The front door window would freeze and then grow mold from the condensation inside the house. No matter how much we cleaned we could not keep mold out of the bathrooms. Then mold started growing on the ceiling from a leak from the roof in the bedroom. I would not be surprised if the rash I developed was from mold exposure in that apartment. They allow their residents’ dogs to poop all over the lawns with no consequences. They did end up fixing my A/C with a new unit, but I should not have been moved into a new to me apartment with them knowing it would never work and then not even telling me until it was 90 degrees outside…if I could give this apartment less than 1 star, I would. We only lived there for 1 lease term and it was too long.
