  Rachel and Sky have been very helpful and I have lived here for the past 4 years and this a very excellent complex for apt living. Also the maintenence staff has been very good as well 385 Broadway is close to everything very convient. Also the coat room is in the building and they have been very professional towards me as well.

  Diana has been exceptional and very helpful in assisting me with the leasing process. I have seen quite a few apartments in Saratoga, and this complex is pretty much the cleanest and most modern of anything in Saratoga. Has parking options too along with amenities and a fitness room. Highly recommend.

  I recently moved in April and have had a great experience with the building. The location is great, the management team is responsive and helps you with any issues. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Saratoga.

  My experience at 385 Broadway has exceeded my expectations for the past year, the building is beautiful, immaculate, and modern. There is so many things to do like relax and read a book on the rooftop or the other outdoor terraces, go to the gym, or enjoy a cup of coffee and study in the common room. Aimee has made me feel welcomed, and is always available to help me when I need her. Aimee always plans fun events for the residents to participate in, and she is always open to listening to the ideas, and opinions of the residents, she puts the residents first and is so passionate about the work she does here. I am so grateful to live somewhere that has felt like home the moment I took a tour here. Thank you Aimee and the Burns management team for everything you have done to make my stay here the best! You guys are so appreciated.
