  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rick on three real estate transactions (1 sale and 2 purchases). Our first interaction was when we visited an open house he was hosting as the selling agent. This was the first house/open house we had ever viewed/attended and were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming Rick was. He greeted us and answered our questions with confidence. We didn’t end up putting an offer in but later contacted Rick to view other homes as our agent. As first time homebuyers we viewed a lot of homes. Rick was very patient throughout the process and was great at pointing things out that we would have otherwise overlooked. We finally found a home and the offer-to-purchase process was seamless. Fast forward a handful of years and nothing had changed. Rick advised us at the same, if not better, level throughout the search for our new home. The only difference this time is that we had the pleasure of having him as our selling agent. Rick was great throughout the sale and added crucial input that helped maximize the sale price.   We were first time homebuyers when we met Rick in 2014. He explains the entire process. He is thorough and very knowledgeable about not only the real estate market but the nuts and bolts of a home. He really listens to you and what you are looking for so that you find a house you really love. He is very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. We bought a new house in 2023 and Rick went above and beyond for us to get the house. He was outstanding when we needed to sell our home too. The process was very smooth and we felt confident that our home would sell quickly at a great price. Rick is terrific!
