  One of the worst apartment in the whole of rochester. Charged 250$ from the security deposit for no reason when it's the apartment responsibility to repaint after a move out and without proper explanation. I recommend to be careful selecting this apartment. 0 star to the rude person whom I spoke over the call. The apartments are old in the first place and they charge us for everything at the end. 👎🏻

  I've lived here for over 3 years, and loved every minute of it. I'm actually quite sad to be leaving, but my job is moving me to another part of the country. These buildings are well-maintained with updated fixtures and appliances. They must have been built well, because the layouts just make sense. Plenty of closet space, easy to move furniture in and out. Most importantly, they are CLEAN and QUIET. The grounds, the hallways, I've never seen trash or broken things, and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Even the pool is nice and quiet, great place to relax. I would keep living here if I could, but on to the next stage of life, for me!

  I lived at this complex for almost 3 years and had an amazing experience. Every maintenance issue was resolved day of or the very next day. We had almost no issues from move-in to move-out because the apartments are so well maintained. The staff in the office was always extremely helpful and the property was very well kept. The pool is also beautiful in the summer and a nice quiet place to relax. I will definitely miss living here!

  I loved living at Clintwood apartments. I had an updated and clean 1 bedroom apartment. The building I lived in was full of quiet tenants who were all friendly and respectful of one another. For a 1BR, this apartment was large and spacious. I had a huge walk in closet, not to mention a large bathroom closet and two hall closets. Talk about storage! They also recently replaced old washer and dryers with brand new, and large washer dryer units. That was a big upgrade from what was there before. The management was very accommodating to my needs for the entire year that I lived there. The maintenance crew was always friendly when I would say hello and kept the property looking great. Having an option to have a garage was really nice for me, especially in the Wintertime. The pool has always been a quiet and enjoyable feature of the apartment complex. In terms of location, Clintwood Apartments is in a very safe area, while being conveniently located to grocery stores, parks, and the UR campus. Thank you Clintwood Staff!
