Anytime something needs to be fixed or taken care of, Adam is there and on top of things right away (which I really appreciate). I'm sure that's a direct reflection of management and their mindset regarding tenants so here's to you guys!

In a market where property management can often feel impersonal, Nicole goes above and beyond to work with tenants and find solutions that make sense for everyone. If you are looking for a place where the management actually cares about the resident experience, this is it. Five stars for Nicole!

She is responsive even on the weekends and goes out of her way to show courtesy to us and other tenants in the building. Adam, the new Super/Manager is awesome too. Good dude and overall good people. Thank you Nicole and Adam for the amazing turnaround from the previous management.

The complex provides convenient parking and has one of the best locations in town with proximity to the downtown area and the train to Manhattan. The property manager Nikole is excellent and any time i have asked her for something she has responded in under 24 hours! The maintenance staff is top notch and keeps the building spotless and the gym and the pool round out what i consider to be a full service luxury elevator building; wish i could buy my unit!
