  My husband and I recently worked with Sean O’Hara to plan our new home. I went into the initial meeting not feeling very positive about building, he guided me through the process and showed me options that I had not even considered. We wanted a ranch style home with a modern layout in a neighborhood. We were able to get all of our requirements and even more. The process was easier that I expected, they have design packages that allow you to easily match interior and exterior elements. We will be able to use our whole house as we and our family age and our needs change. We have lived in the Pendleton area for many years and love the country feel with the easy access to Amherst, Lockport, and Buffalo. We feel so lucky to be building with Ryan Homes in Pendleton! Thank you Sean for making the process easy and fun!

  For years I have heard of some horror stories with Ryan, and I was really nervous to even look at their model. I have to say, after meeting with Stefani (Who is a GEM!) and touring the model, and neighborhood I was actually WOWed at what Ryan is doing. The extra touches they add without even upgrading is fantastic- nest thermostats, great hardware finishes, and more. Then, you can upgrade things to your liking- which was really nice when we wanted a full basement for entertaining. I have to say, my time with Stefani and Ryan Homes has me SO excited to raise my family there. Thanks Stefani and Ryan Homes!!
