- AFAbe FlansburgAug 12, 20254.0pretty great workspace - although there are a large number of gnats flying around - I think due to the dracaena and other nice tropical plants - which is a nice touch and maybe helps with air quality to some extent, but I kind of feel like that Charlie Brown character that was surrounded by dirt clouds, but instead it's gnats.

- AVAli VidlerApr 12, 20174.0I work here and I like it. The places is well maintained and its a great place if you need some energy around you. There are many offices around doing different things, production, fintech, adtech, coffee, delivery, clothing, apparel, etc. I like that they have free coffee included but it's not cold brew, is my only qualm so I would go get coffee downstairs at the starbucks. There is also a Pret now located next door. There is a lot of good food options around too, and the oculus is right there if you need to do some quick shopping during the day. The other place that is a zoo but is worth it is Century 21. I do also love how close the fulton street subway stop is (across the street) so in the winter you don't have to go there with a coat, just walk across the street and there is a great sushi place downstairs that does take away. I'm a big fan. Also not to mention the views, we were on the 26th floor and everyday I worked here I felt very lucky to be able to see the empire state building, World trade center, and the brooklyn and manhattan bridge!
