- JJJim Johnson2 days ago1.0Heat and/or hot water go out on a regular basis. Entrance to 14th street doesn't work seemingly on a weekly basis, with no advanced notice from management. AVOID!
- RNraphael negronMar 13, 20252.0It hasn't been the best. The doorman have been the best experience thus far, with the maintenance crew. They charge for the gym access, roof access isn't at your discloser, and if a person lies on you about anything management will believe them and you could be at risk for getting kicked out. Also, make sure you have a thousand dollars for moving in furniture, lastly if you move in, be aware, that they may let people use your reservation of the elevator for other tenants, so I'd take photos and videos.
