The building is kept in immaculate condition and the doormen are the best of any building that I've ever lived in or visited. All knew my name within a week and they're super helpful. The amenities are excellent (ping pong, beautiful rooftop) as well. Had a few maintenance requests when I first was getting settled and everything was taken care of within about 2 days max. Love living here, they do a really nice job
