  Absolutely the worst front desk experiences I’ve ever encountered in a “luxury” building. The concierge staff are consistently extremely rude, dismissive, and act like residents are inconveniencing them just by existing. There is zero sense of hospitality or professionalism in the lobby. My friends warned me before moving here that the staff here is horrible and get complained about all the time... The most concerning incident was staff threatening to call the police over a resident bringing a guest into the gym - a space residents pay a significant monthly fee to use...Escalating a routine situation to that level is completely inappropriate and creates an uncomfortable, hostile environment for people who live here. This isn’t an isolated interaction. Multiple residents have shared similar experiences, and the pattern is clear: horrible communication, unnecessary escalation, and an overall unwillingness to provide even basic assistance. At this price point, the front desk should be the standard of service, not the reason residents feel stressed walking into their own building. Management needs to address this immediately with proper training, clear policies on guest access, and a reset of professionalism expectations, because right now the concierge operation is actively detracting from the living experience. Roneel and Sammy should be fired immediately.

  This nondescript lobby is next to the Ludlow Hotel & doesn’t have any signage outside other than “The Ludlow” coming from Houston it’s the first door. It’s easily confused for the hotel entrance, but if you go in and kindly ask for directions they will act like you are dirt. Yikes, not a good way to advertise the building to New Yorkers that are using the Ludlow Bar. They must be getting off at these encounters because the reviews indicate it happens a lot and the guy was smirking at me when I was taken aback by his rudeness. Ew What a joke!!

  Rooms are OK but not enough light. Air xondionter and heater are a bit loud. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
