- SBShawn BroderickOct 5, 20185.0I recently relocated to The Ellington from Avalon Clinton. I've been impressed with the staff - good peeps. Pricing is reasonable. Units are nicely sized and the amount of storage available in each apartment is exceptional. I'm in a South facing apartment - no insane views, but I get great sun and virtually ZERO outside noise (impressive). So nice and quiet! To another poster's point, true there are buildings with more amenities, but the basics are covered here (laundry, gym, bike storage, etc.). For example, while I loved 555 Ten, the units were a third smaller and a third pricier - I couldn't justify +four figures a month for the pools and a roofdeck and a lot less space. The Ellington is definitely worth a look-see IMHO.
