Can't say enough about how kind the staff is--Raul, Frank, Pedro...everybody. They've made a new chapter of our lives feel fun and so welcoming. I use a wheelchair, and while there are a couple small things I'd love to tweak about the building & our unit that would make life easier for me, in general it's been great. Location-wise, you're out of the insanity of Times Square, and Hell's Kitchen begins across the street. Thanks for making what has been our home-away-from-home also always feel like home.

Maintenance is very responsive and they are quick to address and fix anything that comes up. The building is clean and quiet and upkeep is impeccable. The residents are respectful and its a very family-friendly and safe environment right in the middle of Manhattan/Midtown West.
