  The blonde leasing agent named Olivia never sent me a follow up email or the options we toured as promised. Therefore she should be terminated. She’s not doing her job. An altercation also occurred in the lobby with a light skinned man named Marcus Ribeiro screaming that “it’s the worst place to live” “there’s robberies here” “Kathy beat me up” etc. This is very unprofessional and just the staff not doing their job and the apt complex failing to address issues with disruptive tenants. I should not have to send multiple follow up emails in regards to this. Don’t bother with this apt complex because it’s a joke.

  This is by far the worst “luxury” building I’ve ever lived in, especially for the price. Management always ignores you, and I witnessed a leasing agent such as Nina & Olivia lie to a new tenant in the lobby about their “responsiveness.” There are constant burglaries in this building too because of the lack of security. The property managers, Kimberly Cafaro, Kathy, and Courtney Lees are famously so bad, and should be replaced and terminated immediately.. they have constantly harassed multiple residents with false fines (eg. $3,000+) and fraud legal fees ($10,000+) thru frivolous litigation on residents, and then they take 0 accountability. They also have multiple lawsuits against residents so they can get paid thru lying to the courts. They will delay returning your deposit and maintenance repairs unless you refuse to pay rent or sue them, basically trying to steal your money. It’s also located far from everything. There is constantly crime in the neighborhood including robberies, shooting, and stalkers. Currently, there are multiple lawsuits and legal actions in place as well due to their unacceptable behaviors. I would not recommend anyone to rent here if you value your peace, safety, and privacy.

  I respectfully ask for multiple maintenance requests, the people really don't care if theres an issue. My neighbors smoke detectors go off for days I ask the front desk 5 times, they don't care at all. Why do I have to ask many times for something that takes 2 minutes. My windows weren't closing properly during the winter to the point my unit was freezing. Again "we will send somebody up." They don't care. I had to pay $250 out of pocket to fix it. I really just can't with this building. I ask nicely, they just genuinely don't care at all despite very high rent prices. It's just horrific like I genuinely don't know how people can sleep thru a smoke alarm for days in a row on two occasions in the past few months. Why do I have to sleep in earplugs for an apartment that charges this much rent. Sorry but it's basically a scam, there are many other high rises nearby with better reviews.

  FINAL PRESENTABLE REVIEW Headline: WARNING: Management Retaliation Following Safety Report The Incident: I found a large knife hanging by the elevator in this building. I brought this weapon to the management office to report the security hazard. Management dismissed the danger and called me “ridiculous.” No police were called and no report exists because I was the one reporting a hazard in a secured building. The Court Action: Because I reported this safety concern, management took me to court today. They have filed a fabricated lawsuit falsely claiming I threatened building employees with that knife and a life insurance policy. They are pursuing these claims without any police documentation or evidence because the event never happened. Final Warning: Management is using the legal system to retaliate against a tenant for trying to address a building safety hazard. They would rather lie in court than fix security flaws. Do not move here if you value your reputation or safety.

  Terrible management esp. Kathy - the entire office is incompetent and irresponsible & lacks integrity with persistent lies. They should all be investigated thoroughly by police with many illegal acts going on and a lot of shady practices: This building deserves a class action lawsuit on so many fronts!!!! - Doesn’t handle maintenance requests and consistently lying about receiving maintenance requests - forge your signature on forms you never signed (criminal) - charge fees associated with other units to your units (illegal) - never actually resolve maintenance until following up every day - building in terrible conditions that they will charge you for when moving out (such as leaking from upstairs) - overcharge on random things - no response - put you on hold forever when you tried to resolve anything - the list goes on and on Overall, the management team is the worst I’ve dealt with especially Kathy. Absolutely avoid this building!
