- MHM HmdDec 3, 20251.0Mouse problem. You’ll pay and arm and a leg for an apartment has mice. Rather than immediately jump to fix it they’ll give you a “fix” with caulk. Would have expected an entire team to show up to apartment same day and find solution.

Always kept immaculately clean both outside along the streets and sidewalk as well as the interior. And the doormen along with the other building staff always smile and are genuinely friendly to outside guests who may standout or even just the random passerby outside.

The size of the rooms is another plus as these are pre-war structures.
