The management team is professional, friendly and very responsive to all needs. The building itself is very well maintained and all areas are kept immaculate. The fitness room is well maintained also, and the rooftop indoor and outdoor lounge areas are spectacular. We’ve enjoyed the rooftop BBQ grill all summer! The neighborhood has gentrified successfully and offers many small (terrific) restaurants, coffee bars, etc., and all essentials are typically less than two blocks away. The Q train is steps away, the Lexington Avenue line is only two blocks away, and Central Park is only ½ mile away. Great location! The apartment itself makes living here quite pleasant, as it spacious and is laid out perfectly with family living in mind. It is finely constructed with upgrades not typical in most rental buildings such as excellent quality wood flooring, beautiful new bathrooms, all new kitchens with upgraded appliances, and its large windows offer plenty of natural light. The best part of 301 E 94th Street is the people. Mike K. of the management team is amiable, gracious, and very responsive, and all maintenance requests are answered promptly and solved quickly by a supportive and dedicated superintendent. The staff is professional, but everyone is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team works hard to keep the building spotless. I strongly suggest consideration of 301 E 94th Street to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, comfortable, well maintained building located in a very convenient place to live.
