This building sells a luxury image; what it actually does is collect rent and ignore people. Management stages tours and plays public relations while the property runs on negligence. Strangers camp in stairwells for months with zero enforcement. Trash areas overflow day after day- it’s routine, not occasional. Abandoned cars rot in the lot with flat tires and nobody acts. Management posts countless “no storage” emails yet lets bikes and junk pile up everywhere. A verified disability accommodation supported by a doctor’s note was acknowledged, then ignored. When residents speak up, management fabricates “smoking” complaints to intimidate tenants who pay on time and keep to themselves. This isn’t accidental. It’s performative staging, deliberate disregard, and active disrespect. They sell a lifestyle in photos and deliver chaos in practice. If you value integrity or your safety, do not sign here. Photos attached below show what residents actually deal with. All recent, unedited, and firsthand. One of several internal notices showing how management handles tenant accounts — names redacted for privacy.

I'd like to start off by saying the staff who work here are all amazing - the concierge, maintenance, and custodial staff are all very kind, efficient and helpful. I also love the gym which is always clean and has great options for workouts. It's the management of the building itself why I give 2 stars. They just don't seem to care about the occupants. The building has been undergoing maintenance in an effort to "modernize" for some time now. The maintenance can be extremely loud and while there may be month long pauses, it always comes back. The video I attached shows the intensity of the noise and especially for us who work from home, it's really overbearing. I understand they need to update, but we have called so many times to ask to at least be warned on maintenance days, and they still do not give us any heads up. At 8:30 this morning is when the drilling started and 45 minutes later, it's still happening. While the rent here may not be as high as other locations, it's still a lot of money and really frustrating we're paying such high prices to be surrounded by construction noise. It'd at least help a little if they let us know when this intense construction would be happening, and how long it's expected to last but they never do. Previously, they had to close the parking garage for mandatory fixes - which is fine, but they closed each floor for around 3-7 days at a time. All the residents had to pay the full monthly bill for parking even though we had to then pay to park elsewhere for that duration which even for only a few days, is not cheap.

I have lived in this apartment for 9 months and upon a change of duty location as a military member I requested to end my lease. That request was granted and I was informed that because I did not give an appropriate 30 days notice a fee of $1528.33 which I happily wrote a check for. The check was cashed on September 3 but on September 2 the company charged me $1759.25 unsolicited and not authorized! I contacted the property same day and was told nothing sensible because the female that spoke to me had no idea what was happening or what she was talking about. She then told me the property manager would call. Ofcourse as expected she did not I called back the day after and the manager herself knows nothing and promised to contact the people actually in charge and get back to me . Here I am September 10th and the manager hasn’t answered my calls and has neither returned them. This building has a high turn over because the customer service here is trash! Imagine paying $3800 a month to then be robbed when you are ready to leave ? I was respectful and understand while having to skip over dog poop for almost a year but over charging my account is where I draw the line! PLEASE TO HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT UNDERSTAND FOLLOWING UP, RETURNING CALLS AND PROFESSIONALISM! How can you over charge someone by $1700 when the average American doesn’t have $200 in their account and I’m to wait how long for a sensible response ? Don’t waste time moving here! They are thieves and no wonder people leave constantly! Anyone who stays there long is people with government vouchers ! There’s no respect for everyone else that goes to work and have to pay their own bills

The only reason I’m giving 1 star to this place is because is next to the train station. Otherwise, don’t even bother. Expensive amenities that they never do maintenance for, excessive construction noise, unhelpful managers, extremely expensive rent for what this place is. And the cherry on top, our security deposit check didn’t work and they are not picking the phone or reply to our emails, so pretty much we were scammed our deposit until this people decide to return our calls. Avoid this place, there are much better places nearby at the same cost.

I've lived here for about 6 years now and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff are constantly on top of things and concerns are immediately taken care of. The apartment is comfortable, and larger than the competition in New Rochelle (that's a huge plus!). But one of the biggest reasons I've loved it here is the "family" or community-like environment. The property manager Jessica Agostino has been incredibly kind and accommodating to us since the first day we have ever moved in here. When my sister passed away, Jessica was there for our family immensely and checked in on us. Not to mention, I, myself, had a baby and Jessica, also a mother, surprised us with gifts for the new family member. If you call them with a concern, they rush to sort it our right away. I have had many instances where Management has gone above and beyond. They've become a family to us. Six years is a long time, but genuine hospitality, support and service of this caliber is not easy to come by. Highly recommended!
