  I had the BEST experience working with Tammy Godbee during this most excitingly intense experience. She was super patient, insightful, and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. She came with a briefcase full of goodies designed to ensure that I would get the best and most fair deal possible. Her commitment was demonstrated by her willingness to travel from one end of upstate New York to the other until I found exactly what I was looking for. And, once I finally found what I wanted, she diligently coordinated efforts behind the scenes in dealing with the seller’s agent as well as all of our lawyers. Tammy helped to move me painlessly and seamlessly through the entire process .
