  I have been her for 3 years and each year my disappointment grows, since Eagle Rock has taken over the complex has gone totally downhill. Very unhappy

  Terrible company. They do not care about people at all and they raise the rent over 20% EVERY YEAR which I’m fairly certain is illegal. Worst corporation I’ve ever encountered.

  I wouldnt let my worst enemy live here. From the empty promises, new monthly charges added, rent increases and communistic rules, you should run for the hills. The neglect by Sal at the front desk and the maintenance team led by Juan is a joke. Your rent will be raised significantly each year for nothing to show of it and just for your problems to be ignored. They are quick to take your money though don't worry. Also my current neighbor is a nuisance too. She is just nosey, lonely and miserable so I'm just thankful I dont live in her skin. A miserable karen who works as a lunch lady. Safe to say we are leaving this prison when the lease is up.
