This review is solely in response to the previous review by BB D. I am in complete disbelief of what I have just read. I am the resident in this building who hired BB as a cat sitter. Now in all my time living here and having cat sitters watching my cats, none of them ever had any issues with Jaqueline or any staff member. I find it hard to believe that the staff would ever treat anyone with such contempt. I also do not understand the point of posting pictures of elevator buttons and a hallway packages?? That review is not a reflection of how this building operates and how people are treated. We have the utmost respect for staff ♥️ and never heard of any NON-residents having any problems with being mistreated. I hope this clears things up for everyone.

AVOID THIS BUILDING. Plenty of better apartments in LIC. I live in central LIC (Court Square) and have visited multiple nearby buildings where staff are professional and welcoming. This building is the complete opposite. Out of three visits, two were seriously negative. On Christmas Eve around 4:30 PM, I was leaving and took a quick mirror selfie in the lobby. A staff member aggressively confronted me, falsely accused me of filming him, interrogated me about why I was there and who I was visiting, and then demanded I delete the video, claiming it was “private property.” The interaction was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It didn’t stop there. During another visit while cat-sitting for a resident, staff member Jacqueline yelled at me when I asked for help with keys. Despite acknowledging she remembered me from a prior visit, she remained hostile. When I explained I needed access to feed the resident’s cats, she stated she “didn’t care if the resident’s cat got fed.” This is not a one-off misunderstanding — it’s a pattern of aggressive and dismissive behavior toward guests acting on behalf of residents. If this is how visitors are treated, residents should seriously reconsider living here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Writing to warn how unprofessional and unresponsive not only building management (particularly, Angela), but also corporate office, is. Having WEEKS of zero correspondence, or just plain ignoring their tenants on multiple occasions, is very disappointing for a so-called luxury building. This has been our absolutely worst experience living in many different buildings. If only management was as responsive as they are on Google Maps Reviews...

The building staff are very courteous and responsible, however, the management team is very disappointing in response times, several of them go unanswered for multiple weeks despite making attempts to contact them over phone/email and this something important to keep in mind when you make a decision to move here, I wish I knew this before.
