This building has been a huge disappointment from the start. Our window is supposed to be soundproof, yet we can hear everything outside — even subway announcements from bed. I’ve emailed management over three times about this issue, and all I’ve received are excuses. I just want to be able to sleep well at least one night in an apartment that costs $5,000 a month. To make things worse, I recently got an email from management asking me to pay a $40 balance I didn’t even realize existed — when they can’t find a solution to fix a window in an apartment I basically can’t even use. It’s bizarre. Its been over a month! Just fix it! The amenities took about four months to open, and when they finally did, at the gym… none of the four treadmills worked properly. There was also a major leak throughout the building that damaged our hallway, which stayed dirty for weeks without cleaning. It took management over two weeks to issue a new key for my apartment — and that only happened because I kept insisting. The management team overall is unresponsive, careless, and completely unprofessional. The only positive aspect is the front desk staff, who are polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for everything else. I was truly excited to move into this building, and it honestly bothers me to write a review like this. But after insisting so many times and seeing nothing fixed, this feels like the only way to be heard. The price is not worth it, the amenities are not worth it, and it is definitely not luxury.

We’ve been living here for a four months and are extremely disappointed by the way management handles maintenance and communication. Our refrigerator was broken since we started living here. The management did provide us a back-up fridge, which takes up valuable space in our living room. Despite multiple follow-ups, the repair was continuously delayed, and when it finally happened (four months later), it took more than five hours on a Saturday during freezing weather, with no reasonable accommodation offered for us and our dog. To make matters worse, management later raised issues about our dog, even though we had truthfully provided all pet information when we submitted our application and signed the lease. Instead of acknowledging administrative errors, we were asked to provide documents that should have already been on file. Overall, the experience has been unnecessarily stressful. For the rent level and reputation of this building, the standard of management has fallen far short of expectations. That said, the front-desk staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful, and we truly appreciate their kindness - the problem lies with how building management handles resident concerns and accountability.
