  The maintenance team is awesome. Alex and Mike always provide excellent customer services. They are always very responsive and get things fixed asap. When they fix stuff, you can tell they are professional and they care. Very impressive.

  This has been a safe and friendly place to live. Location wise it is perfect to get to I-87 and centralized around stores and health care providers in the capital region. The property is managed well and the maintenance staff responds quickly and effectively. The grounds are maintained as well as common areas like the pool, gym, and tennis/basketball courts.

  I've lived in the Woodlands Complex for almost 13 years. I have always had pleasant interactions with the admin as well as the maintenance crew. In the beginning I used to complain that the lots weren't snowplowed well or often but in the last several years, they come by two or three times a day. Yes there are some strict rules but I think they are to protect the tenants. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

  We lived at the Woodlands Apartments for over 4 years. We were stellar tenants. We Complied with all of the rules and regulations, and there are many. We always paid our rent on time, even through the pandemic. Our rents were never reduced during this time, despite maintenance lessened, the gym being closed and pool time limited. When We first moved in, Fran the property Manager, was kind and responsive. About 2 years later, Rossetti Properties who owns The Woodlands, hired Christina. For the past 2 and a 1/2 years, she has been unkind and unresponsive. She did not respond timely to questions or issues. We requested trimming a tree in front of our apartment, that’s branches were hovering over our cars and dangerous and were told a hard no. We moved out to buy a home. Upon the move out inspection, a small 2”crack on an interior door was noted. We were not given the option to fix it or replace the door. Instead we were given a security deposit for over almost $400 less then what we should have been. we knew it would be slightly less, due to the carpet cleaning fee they charge. Which really should be built into the rent and part of the property owner’s cost of turning over the apartment. Additionally we had the carpets cleaned less then a year before. But they ended up taking an additional $172 on top of that citing door and labor costs. When asked for proof, they sent me a mocked up quote for a door dated after ours had already been purchased, installed and a new tenant moved in. And refused to break it down by the cost of the door and labor. This should be an automatic when you are holding back someone’s security. Tenants they should get to know how their money was utilized. They were rude in their handling of the situation and took nearly a month to get any information. To top it off, they required us to use their realtor in order to get out of our lease prior to the lease renewal. So we did, which ended up netting them even more surplus income from us. Although our realtor Craig was awesome, this felt very underhanded. The one good thing about this complex is the maintenance staff. Helpful, kind, clean and efficient. That being said and for all the other reasons listed, we could never, in good conscience, recommend these apartments or that property Management company.
