  The maintenance team is awesome. Alex and Mike always provide excellent customer services. They are always very responsive and get things fixed asap. When they fix stuff, you can tell they are professional and they care. Very impressive.

  We had an extremely bad experience with the property manager Christine. She is extremely rude and must learn some manners about how to treat their customer. The property owner must consider finding a decent manager. For everyone else who is looking to rent this property, this place is dirty. Appliances are old and you see rodents very often. Be careful when you plan to move here and especially avoid Christine. Its rated below 3.5* for a reason.

  Would like to give more stars but unfortunately my wife and I left this apartment complex, owned by Rosetti Properties, on a terrible note.. They completely robbed us of almost our whole security deposit over a small patch (less than 3 inches) of carpet that our cat ripped up under our bedroom door, charging us over $1000 for the carpet, pet, and "redecoration" fees. They refused to negotiate with us over the charges and never supplied an itemized list of the work done on the carpet. Not to mention that amidst a global pandemic their main message to their tenants was "we still hold you responsible to pay your rent". This company cares about one thing - getting as much money out of you as possible.

  Fantastic experience! I spent 3 years in the Woodlands and it was great. The management and staff were extremely helpful and accessible. Trash removal was easy and all amenities were great. Wish I never left

  I was in communication with Christine, the property manager for several months prior to renting. Christine, has proven to be a professional both before and after I moved in. She gets back to you promptly and is detail oriented - strong qualities for a property manager. Overall I believe her greatest quality is that she simply cares; she cares about making the Woodlands a great place to live. Coupled with Christine's character, the Woodlands has a maintenance staff that is not just fast and efficient with day-to-day maintenance, but also has top notch customer service skills. Since I have moved in (September 2020), I have placed several maintenance requests through the easy to use Woodlands portal. These requests ranged from simple cosmetic changes (i.e., moving shelves, re-aligning doors & outlets) to a more critical issue where my air conditioner stopped working. In all these instances, the maintenance staff responded in an efficient and timely manner (the air conditioner was analyzed and fixed immediately). I have gotten to know Cisco from the maintenance staff and the quality of both his character and work are truly impressive. I feel completely comfortable recommending the Woodlands to anyone looking for a well maintained, peaceful place to live.
