  In the 6 months that i have lived here it has been nothing but problems. Moving in was rushed, there was 0 maintenance done prior to me moving in after the previous tenant. Toilet wasn’t working, lights had to be replaced, fireplace doesn’t have a remote, closet door needed replacing. etc etc etc. snow removal police is completely IGNORED. they don’t plow unless over 6 inches of snow accumulates, EMERGENCY maintenance requests are also simply IGNORED. The Ai maintenance system is flawed & can never get a human being on the phone. Maintenance takes 0 pride in their work nothing but chop jobs & bandaids to “fix” issues. Contacting corporate is also pointless as burns communicates only thru leasing manager & wont contact paying tenant. DONT RECOMMEND.

  I’ve only been living here a short time but Melanie the leasing agent is awesome. There were able to get me in an apartment very fast. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I look forward to the summer so I can use the pool. If you’re looking for an apartment look no farther than Skyview Terrace.

  I’ve lived at Skyview since March of 2023 and absolutely love it! Diana the manager is wonderful and my dog Finn absolutely loves the dog park! Maintenance is timely and efficient. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for their new home. Picture is of Finn enjoying the park :)
