  We recently purchased our dream property; and Sue was instrumental throughout the entire process. Sue is a real estate agent extraordinaire; and we were so lucky to work with her. What makes this review so unique is that we were the buyers who worked with Sue, the seller’s real estate agent. We did not have a real estate agent; and therefore, worked directly with Sue over a period of 3 months to purchase this gem. Sue exceeded our expectations in all criteria that were important to us in regard to a real estate agent. Here are three of the many we valued in Sue: Communication, Listening & Understanding: Sue is a responsive real estate agent who truly understands what her clients seek. Throughout the entire process, which in our case spanned across 3 months, Sue consistently stayed engaged and communicated proactively, timely and clearly. Local Market Expertise & Resources: Sue is deeply interwoven in the local communities which empowers Sue with a strong knowledge of the local market beyond the property we sought. She understands the people and their communities which she relays effectively offering us valuable insight and helping us picture ourselves within the community where our new property is located. Sue also nurtures a rich network of local resources that are essential to any real estate transaction. She referred us to a real estate attorney we truly enjoyed working with and recommended contacts at financial institutions as well. Integrity: Throughout all interactions, including effective negotiations and problem solving, Sue leads with integrity. It is apparent that customer satisfaction without compromising value is important to Sue; and because Sue consistently demonstrated integrity, she earned our trust...and that is amazing, because remember, she was the seller’s real estate agent, not ours (the buyers’).   If I could give a thousand stars I would. Caitlyn was our agent and we did not find a house in original set location at our choice. We were moving from Fl or NY so it was a tedious process. Caitlyn stayed on top of our transaction and answered all of our questions promptly. She went way above and beyond and never got frustrated with our questions about the NY real estate market. It’s very different from FL. We also had a survey question after the closing where most agents would not return a call she did straight away and found all of the info so we could rest assured. She is exactly what a caring informed and professional agent should be.

  Deb Lennon was referred to us by our real estate agent and neighbor in Northern Virginia. She went above and beyond in helping us to find a temporary place to live and eventually a home to build. She was very patient with us especially in this sellers' market. She spent time figuring out what the "must have" features of our final home would be and then narrowed the search with us to meet our needs. We really appreciated her help in figuring out a strategy for dealing with the tough market and finding a home with a view of a lake or mountains. I would recommend Deb to anyone who is looking for very specific requirements and needs patience to find their home.

  During my lifetime we have bought and sold a number of properties around the country. The level of knowledge, professionalism and follow up by Colleen is unmatched. Even post closing Colleen did some detailed research for me without question. Her rating is 5 star plus.
