It’s unfortunate that their only care is money therefore all of their tenants have to live in unsanitary conditions. If you decide to live here they only want your money they will NOT pay any attention to you or help you with any issues you might have. The owners suck this place should be shut down!!!!!!
- JRJamie RennickFeb 10, 20171.0Brookwood is not a place for children or the elderly. Snow removal is so bad that My daughter has fell twice because of the ice. I can't take having to constantly call to complain. The walk ways are a sheet of ice never mind the parking lots. I do not think it is the tenants job to put rock salt down but the super can only do so much. He himself is a great super but the company does not even call someone in to properly do the walkways & parking lots. The rent is outrageous & honestly the place is not comfortable for a home. It is embarrassing with the way it looks & smells half of the time because of the cess pools or whatever is going on there. We can not have dogs there but we can have cats for 275 plus and 10 extra dollars a mth but yet the amount of feral cats is incredible. It is not a pleasant place to live. Also on the website it said there was a play ground which there is not. I do not suggest these apartments to anyone. I wish I had a better experience here I was so excited to get my daughter a home but it does not feel like home.
