No issues from landlord or supervisor, neighbors are friendly. Minor noise from upstairs neighbor as to be expected, but nothing else. Anything we’ve needed we’ve had addressed.

- MPmihir patelApr 29, 20191.0place is horrible. i left apartment last September and they supposed to give me some type of envelop that saying i have to call in pseg for last reading. and they never gave me any after someone start ranting over there i got bill under my name when i made phone call to the office i inform that i have to send bill and they will figured out .which is i did mail with despite release later .today 4/29 i received phone call from recovery agency that they never got payment . after i call in the office they informing they didn't documented .
- EPEkaterina PatelAug 17, 20181.0over all apartment is ok, any maintenance that needs to be done on apartment is charged to tenant even changing old lock I was charge. a tenant from upstairs moved and for about 2 weeks all we heard was banging, drilling and ripping. they had zero consideration for tenant that lives on first floor and I have a child. even I called them I was told there is ntn they can do about it just take my child got a walk or a drive. an I supposed to do that for 8 hours? over all not s good experience.
