  Been living here for a couple years and it's been good. Any problems that arise, Mario and Annette get things solved as soon as they can. They were also very flexible when there was an issue with us trying to transfer apartments, as long as you communicate with them you shouldn't have any issues. Apartments are pretty nice and we've only had a few problems over the last couple years, and usually they are dealt with within a couple days.

  My girlfriend and I moved in about a month ago and so far it’s been great. Mario and Annette have been very helpful whenever we have a question or need a super to check something out.

  We lived there for almost 2 years. Whenever we had any questions, Mario and Annette were incredibly helpful. Anytime there were any issues, they would address it as soon as possible. Mario showed us around when we first decided to rent, and was helpful regarding monthly rents and which apartments to choose. He was very helpful regarding our pet as well and getting the necessary paperwork in order. Overall, a great experience and would recommend.

  Entire place STILL has cockroaches. Im sure it STILL has mice but I have not caught one in almost 5 weeks. Consistently the exterminator van is here, but Eagle Rock never pays for anything more than a few glue traps and two mice traps. So I found out the hard way, when you have an issue here, management will avoid responsibility at all costs. If you report a pest, Eagle Rock will expect you to pay for the extermination services, even though its an apartment complex that should be maintained properly for health and safety. Please move into someones home or anything other than here. I regret everything after I started paying rent, its like Eagle Rock just forgets about you once your in a lease.
