  Look no further!! This property is a dream come true. If you want to live in a beautiful, resort-like environment, then this apartment complex is for you. We felt welcomed the moment that we walked in the door. The staff is outstanding, helpful and friendly. The residents are open to making friends and gathering for fun events. I love the monthly activities in the Resident's Lounge and the coffee bar in the lobby. They give you an opportunity to socialize and make friends. You should at least take a tour to see for yourself!!

  After viewing other apartments on Zillow, I got an email, text and phone call from supposedly Florent. I did not contact them or ask to be contacted.

  leased my apartment here almost three months ago and have had a great experience. Elisa was patient, attentive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered all my questions. The Florent is a beautiful building with thoughtful design and great amenities. It has such a warm, elevated feel, and I’m really happy with my decision!

  My wife and I just love living at the Florent. The staff and management team are ALWAYS smiling and ready to help. The atmosphere in our complex is very community-like mixing a very eclectic group of individuals in a warm and welcoming setting. The staff are just great at creating social events that are actually fun and interesting and sometimes push us out of our comfort zones… like karaoke or sip’n art. I just can’t say enough about our experience at the Florent.
